Rules of Quotation Capability Score and Monthly Free Quotation Quota Benefits
Definition of Quotation Capability Score
Quotation Capability Score is designed to evaluate the performance of sellers who use the Request for Quotation (RFQ) platform.
The platform distributes Quotation Rights on the 3rd day and 15th day of each month (PST) based on sellers' Quotation Service Points displayed on the last day of the previous month. The two batches of Quotation Rights expire at 0:00 on the 15th day of the month and 0:00 on the 1st day of the next month, respectively.

Criteria for Sellers
(1)Account Type: China Gold Supplier (CGS), Taiwan Gold Supplier (TWGS), Hong Kong Gold Supplier (HKGS) and Global Gold Supplier (GGS)
(2)Violation Record & Penalty Record: Sellers must meet the following criteria to be eligible for benefits: Must have less than 24 penalty points. Must have less than 1 intellectual property infringement.
Quotation Capability Level and Value-Added Services
On the 3rd of each month（PST）, sellers are categorized into three levels based on their quotation capability score ranking on the last day of the previous month.
Quotation capability level/Quotation capability score
Outstanding:Greater than or equal to 75
Active:Greater than or equal to 60 and less than 75
High potential:Less than 60

1.The offline capability metrics are evaluated based on the factory inspection reports issued by SGS, TUV, BV, and Intertek.
2.Each factor is weighted differently and will be adjusted according to the dynamics of the RFQ platform.
Definition of Indexes
RFQ login frequency
RFQ login frequency is the login frequency of the seller account (including sub-account) to RFQ market in the current month. Multiple login actions in one day are counted as one.
Quotation quantity
Quotation quantity is the number of quotations sent by the seller (including sub-account) in the current month. Expired quotations are not counted into the quotation quantity.
Quotation response rate
The percentage of quotations replied to by buyers in the last 30 days.
Business conversion rate
Percentage of store visitors in the last 30 days who have been converted from store visitors to business opportunity buyers in the last 30 days, i.e. the number of buyers who have visited the store in the last 30 days and have had an opportunity to do so. The number of buyers who have visited the store in the last 30 days. (opportunity buyers are buyers who have had an opportunity to visit the store. The business opportunity behavior includes a TM consultation with the store, inquiries, and initiating orders.)
Trade assurance order amount
The amount of money received by a seller in the last 90 days in the order placed by a business opportunity buyer.
Buyer reviews
The average score of nearly 365 days based on the buyer’s nearly 365 days of product quality, seller service, and on-time delivery after the transaction is completed.
2.Quality RFQ Quotation Privilege
Only the sellers with quality RFQ quotation privilege are able to read and quote for 3-star RFQs within the limited time after the RFQ is published.
Criteria for Sellers
01.Requirements on Seller’s Capability
Quotation capability score is greater than or equal to 75
02.Account Type
Account Type: China Gold Supplier (CGS), Taiwan Gold Supplier (TWGS), Hong Kong Gold Supplier (HKGS) and Global Gold Supplier (GGS)
03.Violation Record & Penalty Record
Must have less than 24 penalty points. Must have less than 1 intellectual property infringement.
The score of quotation capability score shall be subject to the score of the last natural day of the previous month (Pacific Standard Time).
On the 3rd of each month (Pacific Standard Time), sellers is able to get quality RFQ quotation privilege. The effective period of the privilege is from the 3rd of the month to the 2nd of the following month.

A: 3-star RFQs are exclusive to the sellers with quality RFQ quotation privilege within the first 6 hours after the RFQs are published.

1.Quotation Green Pass cannot be used independently.Both Quotation Green Pass and quotation quota will be consumed if a supplier submits a quotation for an RFQ with 10 or more quotations.

Suppliers can win Quotation Green Pass by participating in various RFQ activities.
How to check and use Quotation Priority Ranking
To use Quotation Priority Ranking, a supplier needs to select the item on the quotation sheet as shown in the picture below.
1.There is only one opportunity to use Quotation Priority Ranking for each RFQ for all the suppliers submitting quotations.
2.Quotation Priority Ranking cannot be used independently. It can only be used together with your quotation quota. Quotation Priority Ranking gives a supplier the ability to rank their quotation first among all other quotations, but quotation quota will still be consumed still if a supplier submits a quotation.

5.Bonus Quotation
For every three (3) quotations submitted on RFQs with the “Bonus Quotation” tag, sellers can receive one (1) free quotation quota on the following month.

Bonus Quotation
All sellers are encouraged to submit quotes for RFQs with the “Bonus Quotation” tag. However, only the seller meeting the criteria above can get free quotation quota from “Bonus Quotation” activity.
You can get one more Quotation Right for every three quotations offered for tagged RFQs from the 3rd day of each month to the 2nd day of the next month (PST). One half of the total Quotation Rights will be distributed on the 3rd day of the next month (expire at 0:00 on the 15th day) and the other half on the 15th day of the next month (expire at 0:00 on the 1st day of the month after next). In this activity, each seller can get up to 30 Quotation Rights as of the 3rd day of each month.

How to tell the difference between RFQs in “Bonus Quotation” activity and ordinary RFQs?
A: RFQs with the “Bonus Quotation” tag are those in “Bonus Quotation” activity. All sellers are encouraged to submit quotes for RFQs with the “Bonus Quotation” tag. However, only the seller meeting “Criteria for Sellers” can get free quotation quota from “Bonus Quotation” activity on the 3rd of each month.
